Tracy & Brian Married! | Fisherman’s Inn
Since my primary job is a professional firefighter (until I retire then it’s photography all the way!), I enjoy more than most, capturing weddings and engagements for public safety officers. Tracy and Brian have contributed a significant amount to the citizens of our community! They both are caring, kind, giving individuals. You will see from the images below that they literally make each other GLOW! They actually met at work, but didn’t really get to know each other until years later. One evening their paths crossed and he met her for a drink….the rest is history. In fact, she walked down the aisle to “it all started with a beer” by Frankie Ballard. Couldn’t be more fitting.
When I arrived at Tracy’s hotel suite this morning it was quiet. She was accompanied by her daughter, Sarah, Brian’s daughter, Stephanie and Brian’s mom, Chris. As Chris watched me take pictures of Tracy she said “I am finally getting the daughter I always wanted!’. She has so much affection for Tracy and you can tell the feeling is mutual. Tears started to come from all of the women. It was getting to be time to go to Fisherman’s Inn for Tracy to wed her love, Brian.
They chose a small, intimate wedding with 30 of their closest friends and family. Everyone at the ceremony had been a part of their story in one way or another. When Tracy walked toward Brian, she teared up. Their daughters also teared through the ceremony. I love how much these women love their mom and dad. We prayed, they exchanged rings and it was sealed with a kiss. They were now Mrs. & Mr. Majors.
After the ceremony, we went out to the garden and then the pier. It was overcast, but luckily no rain (YAY!). Since they had a small ceremony, we were able to get a picture of everyone in attendance! I stood on a bucket praying that I didn’t fall in front of 30+ people while Bob held me up, lol! Whatever it takes to get the job done.
Once we finished, we went back to the ceremony/reception room where they cut the gorgeous nautical themed cake from a local baker called Peace Of Cake. Tracy teased like she was going to smash some cake on Brian, but in the end, there was no slinging of cake, just smiles and a kiss. They finished the evening with a first dance surrounded by their family and dinner. Could not have been a more perfect day!
