The Couple and Session

Sammie and Walter met at work. They have been dating for three years. When they went on vacation to Miami over the summer, Walter proposed over dinner! Miami is so fun! I bet they had the time of their lives and the engagement was a bonus! The planning for their wedding at Pond View Farm is under way! Sammie says she has all of the big details sorted out. They are getting married next fall.

I love Kinder Farm Park. There are so many “hidden gems”.  The day of the session, I thought it was going to rain because it was super dark and gloomy. I reached out to Sammie and asked if she wanted to reschedule. She had taken off work, so we decided to chance it! I am glad we did. It was nice and cool outside. Even though it was super dark/gloomy, Sammie and Walter wore clothes that “popped” and they were very interactive in the session. When I first met them, they both told me they have never done anything like this before and they are awkward in front of the camera… ummm… they rocked it! This is why we have complementary engagement sessions. To get to know our clients and for them to see how much fun these sessions and pictures can be. I always like to ask my clients when the session is over what they thought. Samme and Walter said they had a lot of fun and that is what we like to hear!
