The Couple

Ian and Bethanny first met in high school. Ian is an amazing car detailer and Bethanny is a nanny. They are a fun, loving, light-hearted couple. Bethanny says that Ian proposed to her on a bench at the end of the pier in downtown Annapolis. She remembers it was super cold (he proposed in December). Her ring is GORGEOUS! It was designed by one of Ian’s clients.

The Session

Not as cold as December, our session was still pretty chilly hovering around 45 degrees. Despite that, Bethanny decided she was going to wear the beautiful dress she envisioned for this session. The first stop to do our initial set of poses is usually awkward until everyone gets settled. Luckily, there were two very drunk girls walking down the sidewalk who fell over two trash cans and caused trash to go everywhere. This was enough to get everyone laughing. As we got through the session in different areas, Ian graduated to advanced posing. This is something he was thrilled about and took very seriously. We ended the session where Ian proposed to Bethanny with an AMAZING sunset!

These two are getting married in November and I know it’s going to be beautiful! Congrats Ian and Bethanny!
