The Couple

Aubrey and Jenn started dating 4 years ago. One a nurse, the other a police officer, they both are in the business of helping people. Aubrey said they went out for drinks (she asked Jenn) and it “kind of just went from there”. During the start of the pandemic, Jenn got down on one knee at the hospital, and asked Aubrey to marry her. She, of course, said yes. The ring is STUNNING and there is a little sapphire on the inside of the band so Aubrey will always have her “something blue”. Based on these images and how they interact with their two kiddos, it was the right choice!

The Session

Aubrey and Jenn included Aubrey’s kiddos (Jenn’s bonus kiddos) in the session. Only fitting since they will be a family of four soon. Watching them interact reminded me so much of how easily Bob interacted with our kiddos when he became their bonus dad. When they got rambunctious, Jenn was bringing them back just as quickly as Aubrey. When the kiddos needed reassurance, they complemented each other giving them what they needed. Truly heartwarming to see.

Now, let’s talk about the undeniable, incredible chemistry between Aubrey and Jenn! I could have literally just stood back and watch them interact capturing their moments together. We discussed them having a first look and I think it’s a huge win for them on their wedding day! The 15 minutes alone together to take it in, plus the amazing emotion we will capture is going to be priceless.
