Jenna & Aaron Married

Wedding

October 15, 2022

The Couple

Aaron and Jenna met coaching track together in the spring. They developed a great friendship through coaching, which they then became best friends from. They then got engaged at their farmhouse in July of 2021. They were sitting on their porch one Sunday evening after eating crabs. Aaron hid the ring in a watering can that’s attached to a clock Jenna has hanging on the back porch wall. While the sun was setting and deer were out in the field, Aaron got down on one knee and proposed with their dog, Remington, and their cat, Reba, both there as well.

The Wedding

We always love shooting at Pine Ridge Farm! Every wedding we do something different and they have so many hidden gems to create picture perfect memories!  The Fowlers have created a new ceremony site a little further away from the farm up the hill. It is in the woods. We decided to use this area for many of our portraits because the lighting was amazing and it was very windy! So the trees helped block the wind some. Jenna started the day with a first look with her dad (the cutest!) then a first look with Aaron!  They read each other letters and really spent a few minutes just soaking it all in! While they were reading their letters, each reached out to the other to give comfort and support during the more serious parts. It was very sweet.  The bridal party came with a lot of energy!  We has so many laughs while doing bridal party portraits and even during the ceremony. At the reception, Jenna’s dad spoke about his love for his daughter and how she wants goats. Aaron isn’t interested in goats, but dad is (not so ) subtly guiding him down that path. The speeches from the maid of honor and best man were amazing! The maid of honor ended her speech with Jenna and Aaron looking at each other and stating a statistical fact that you are most likely to be murdered by your spouse, lol!  The best man brought a screen for a slide show where he shows Aaron with extremely long hair. Aaron says he is going to grow it out again, but Jenna doesn’t agree. Maybe they can come to a compromise and he grows his hair while he is picking out goats, lol!  They ended the evening with dancing and sneak attack cake smash by Jenna. Don’t worry…. Aaron got her back outside after she ran from him. Overall, a gorgeous day, a gorgeous bride and amazing memories!

Congrats!
