I have known Mike and Denise for many years. I knew them separately as individuals (prior to becoming “The Ladd’s) and then when they married. Over the years, I have had the privilege to watch their love grow. When Denise got pregnant with their first child, Landon, I knew she was going to be a great mom! You should see how amazing she is with her niece’s. I have a ton of respect and admiration for her because she waited until Landon was born to find out if he was a boy or a girl! I don’t possess those patience traits lol! Now, Landon is going to be a big brother to a new little brother or sister, but we still don’t know which it will be! I love that they wait and make it a surprise!
While at Kinder Farm capturing this exciting time in their lives, Landon was super interested in all of the farm animals. He is so smart, funny and adorable. This makes it easy for me to capture his personality (as you will see). He LOVES tractors, his mom and dad and though he doesn’t fully understand the concept yet, you can tell that he loves the new baby!
While taking some pics of just Denise and baby #2, we saw a goat get out of the barn and run from the volunteer. We learned that goats are really fast runners and it was pretty hysterical to watch her chase this little goat down! She finally got a hold of him before he encountered a dog. I love the Alpaca’s when I am there. If they are out I always try to get some pics of them.
Congrats to the Ladd family on becoming party of four! I can’t wait to find out if it’s a boy or a girl!
